I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the location was convenient for accessing the JR Urawa Station and exploring the pleasant city of Urawa, the lingering cigarette smell in the rooms was a downside. The service, particularly at the reception desk, was exceptional with English-speaking staff and a professional attitude. The dining options were a bit basic for the additional fee, but the proximity to Urawa station made it suitable for short stays.
